1981 Porsche 924 2.0 Manual - MOT and TAX exempt.

V5 present - HPI check clear - last owner since 2020.



This Porsche 924 would make a fantastic running useable project for someone who likes to tinker, it drives well with a good engine clutch and gearbox and has been maintained well by its last keeper who has owned since 2020. The sills wheel arches and general bodywork are totally solid with no signs of rot.

The car has obviously had paint in its life to a presentable but not perfect standard it looks well for its age but isn’t a show car, the dashboard is free from cracks and the carpet is in good condition however the front seats have seen better days.

It isn’t perfect and does have some niggles that will need addressing along the way which I will list below however it has been maintained well including a new exhaust system cambelt replacement new alternator and drive belts and matching Goodyear tyres with excellent tread to name a few.


Bad points:

. The mileage isn’t increasing but all other dials including the Speedo are working

. The front seats are looking tired and would benefit a retrim

. The usual Porsche 924 first start issue where it will take a few turns to start

. The gear stick is sloppy and would benefit from some new linkages or bushes

. Ariel is loose but still works ok
